These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and products offered by HM Traders. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase or returning an item. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

**Refund and Returns Policy**

1. **Timeframe:** Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. **Eligibility:** To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.

3. **Non-Returnable Items:** Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

4. **Additional Non-Returnable Items:** These include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

5. **Receipt Required:** To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

6. **Partial Refunds:** In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as for books with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, software, or items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Also, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to partial refunds.
